We know how nice it is to look forward to receiving your order. That's why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to follow your shipment, from the moment it leaves our hands until it arrives at your doorstep.
Your Tracking Information
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will normally receive an automatic shipping confirmation by email, including your Track & Trace information. This allows you to follow your parcel through the delivery network.
For European orders, we work with Intrapost, our trusted shipping partner in the Netherlands. They collect our parcels and transport them to their sorting centre, where they select the most suitable delivery partner, either PostNL or DHL.
Orders to the United States and Canada are fulfilled separately through our fulfilment partner in Houston, Texas.
Haven't Received Your Track & Trace Number?
First of all, don't worry! Occasionally, tracking information may not be included in the automatic shipping confirmation, or it may take a little longer to become available.
This doesn't mean something has gone wrong with your order.
Tracking numbers normally become visible to us approximately one day after your order has been dispatched. Once the tracking information is available in our system, we can look it up for you and provide the details you need to follow your shipment.
Please also keep in mind that shipping carriers may need some additional time to register the first tracking updates. A tracking number that doesn't immediately show any movement is therefore not necessarily a cause for concern.

Simply send an email to info@zalving.nl with your order number and the email address used when placing your order. We'll be happy to look into it and provide an update as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
You can write to us in your own language. We use AI-assisted translation where necessary, allowing us to assist customers from many different countries.
