GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LoveUnlimited Ministries

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Article 1 – Identity of the contracting party

These General Terms and Conditions are issued by Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries, a foundation established under Dutch law, trading as LoveUnlimited Ministries and, where applicable, under its associated brand and trading names (referred to in these Terms as “LoveUnlimited Ministries”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Registered office: Almkerk, the Netherlands. Business and correspondence address: Nijverheidsweg 12, 7005 BJ Doetinchem, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 18084212. Email: info@zalving.nl. Telephone: +31 (0)85 800 0778 (option 3).

Unless an offer expressly identifies another legal contracting party before the contract is concluded, the customer enters into the contract with Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries. A trading name, website domain, payment provider or fulfilment partner does not by itself become the seller or contracting party.

Article 2 – Scope and applicable websites

These Terms apply, as relevant to the particular offer, to offers and agreements for products, paid services, digital content, subscriptions and other transactions entered into through the following websites and any associated online stores or checkout environments operated by us:

  • anointingoil.eu
  • anointingoil.nl
  • anointingoil.org
  • zalving.nl
  • love-unlimited.nl
  • love-unlimited.de
  • love-unlimited.org
  • revivalfm.com

A customer may begin an order on one of these websites and complete payment through the central checkout at zalving.nl. Unless clearly stated otherwise before ordering, this does not change the identity of the contracting party or the terms governing the order. These Terms do not imply that every product or service is available on every website or in every destination country.

Before a contract is concluded, we make these Terms available in a manner that allows customers to read, download and retain them. We provide the required order confirmation and contractual information on a durable medium, such as email. Any additional terms for a particular event, service or product will be displayed before purchase and cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

Article 3 – Definitions

In these Terms, consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession; customer means any person or entity placing an order with us; goods means physical products offered by us, including anointing oils, Bath & Spa products, books and other articles; digital content means data supplied in digital form, including downloadable publications, recordings and teaching materials; distance contract means a contract concluded through an organised distance-sales system without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties; right of withdrawal means the statutory right to cancel an eligible distance contract within the prescribed period without giving a reason; hygiene seal means a protective seal whose removal or breakage is identifiable and which safeguards the relevant product against access or contamination; and fulfilment partner means a third party handling storage, packing or delivery on our behalf.

Article 4 – Offers and formation of a contract

We aim to describe products and services accurately and to disclose their essential characteristics, total prices, relevant taxes, delivery charges, available delivery arrangements and any product-specific conditions before purchase. Illustrations are representative; minor variations are possible where they do not affect the agreed characteristics of the product. Product-specific instructions and material limitations will be disclosed where relevant.

Before submitting an order, the customer must be able to review it and correct input errors. An order is placed by completing the checkout process with an action clearly indicating an obligation to pay, where applicable. We acknowledge the order electronically and confirm the contract and legally required information on a durable medium. The legal effects of an obvious mistake, stock shortfall or attempted unilateral cancellation are governed by applicable law; these Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted contract or increase an agreed price. Substitute goods are supplied only with the customer's agreement.

Article 5 – Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the relevant website or during checkout. Before the customer places an order, we show the total payable amount, including applicable taxes and any calculable delivery or other charges. If certain additional charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, their possible existence and the basis on which they may arise will be disclosed where required by law. Any applicable tax exemption is assessed under the law relevant to the particular transaction; it is not represented as a worldwide exemption.

Payment is made using the methods made available at checkout, which may be administered by third-party payment service providers. For Dutch consumer purchases of goods, we do not require more than 50% of the purchase price to be paid in advance; an appropriate payment option allowing at least the remaining 50% to be paid upon or after delivery must be available. Consumers may voluntarily choose full advance payment. Mandatory payment rules in other relevant jurisdictions remain applicable. Late-payment fees and collection charges may be imposed only after the notices and periods required by applicable law.

Article 6 – Regional fulfilment and international deliveries

Orders for physical goods with a delivery destination in Europe are dispatched from inventory located within the European Union. Orders for physical goods with a delivery destination in the United States or Canada are dispatched from Houston, Texas, USA, through our North American fulfilment arrangements. Availability, shipping methods and estimated delivery times may differ by region; stock in one region is not necessarily available for dispatch from another.

Use of a fulfilment partner does not release LoveUnlimited Ministries from its obligations as seller. Delivery to other destinations is offered only if enabled at checkout. For deliveries that involve a customs border, including European destinations outside the EU and shipments between the United States and Canada, any applicable import taxes, duties, brokerage or clearance charges, and the party responsible for them, will be disclosed before the contract is concluded to the extent required by law. We do not treat “shipped from Europe” as a promise that a delivery to a non-EU European country is free of customs charges.

Article 7 – Dispatch, delivery and transit risk

Available shipping options, delivery costs and stated delivery dates or estimates are presented before the order is placed. We will perform the contract within the agreed delivery period. For EU consumer sales, unless another delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If delivery is late, the customer retains all statutory remedies, including the right, where the law so requires, to set an appropriate additional delivery period and subsequently terminate the contract and obtain reimbursement.

For US orders, we comply with applicable rules on reasonably supported shipment representations, delay notices, consent to delay, cancellation and refunds. Where no shipment period has been stated, the applicable US default shipment rule will be observed. Mandatory Canadian provincial delivery and cancellation protections also remain unaffected.

For EU consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. The statutory exception applies where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by us. A customer who believes an order is lost, damaged or incomplete should contact us so that we can investigate and provide the legally appropriate remedy.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal for European consumers

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area, and other consumers where mandatory applicable law provides an equivalent right, generally have 14 days to withdraw from an eligible distance contract without stating a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions set out below. For a contract for goods, the withdrawal period generally runs from the day after the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods in one order arrive separately, it generally runs from receipt of the last item; if a product arrives in parts, from the last part; and for regular delivery of goods over a defined period, from receipt of the first delivery.

For eligible service contracts and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory withdrawal period generally runs from conclusion of the contract. If we fail to supply legally required information about the right of withdrawal, statutory extension rules apply. This Article does not override any longer mandatory period applicable to a particular transaction.

During the withdrawal period, a consumer may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would ordinarily be possible in a physical shop. Any liability for diminished value is limited to what applicable law permits and does not by itself remove a right of withdrawal that otherwise exists.

Article 9 – Sealed goods: health and hygiene exception

We offer anointing oils and other products, including certain lotions, bath products and similar personal-use articles. We do not impose a blanket “no returns” rule on these product categories. Where a particular product is supplied with a genuine protective hygiene seal and, by reason of its nature, is not suitable for return on health-protection or hygiene grounds after that seal has been broken, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost if the consumer breaks that seal after delivery, provided the consumer was clearly informed of the exception before entering into the contract.

This exception is applied only where all legal conditions are met. Opening an outer shipping box, removing decorative packaging, or merely making resale inconvenient does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal. A product that remains suitably sealed remains eligible for withdrawal unless another statutory exception applies. Product pages and checkout information will identify the relevant hygiene restriction where it applies.

The hygiene exception never removes rights concerning goods that are faulty, unsafe, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in conformity with the contract. An opened product may still be the subject of a valid statutory complaint.

Article 10 – Other statutory exceptions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded only where a legally applicable exception exists and the required pre-contractual information and any necessary express consent or acknowledgement have been obtained. Depending on the actual offer, examples include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; certain newspapers, periodicals or magazines (but not the mere fact of a subscription); sealed audio or video recordings or computer software on physical media unsealed after delivery; qualifying leisure or event services for a specified date or period; qualifying services fully performed following the required express request and acknowledgement; and non-tangible digital content supplied immediately only where the relevant conditions for loss of withdrawal rights, including prior express consent, acknowledgement and contractual confirmation, have been met.

We do not rely on an exception merely because a customer has downloaded material, attended part of an event or opened ordinary external packaging where the legal conditions for that exception are absent. Mandatory rights for defective digital content and services remain unaffected.

Article 11 – How European consumers exercise the right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw within the relevant period by sending us any unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I, send an email to info@zalving.nl, write to the address in Article 1, or use the online withdrawal function provided on the relevant selling interface as required by applicable law. The model form is optional and no reason has to be given.

Where legally required, the online withdrawal function remains prominently displayed, easily accessible and available throughout the withdrawal period. It enables the consumer to identify themselves and the contract and to confirm the withdrawal; we send an acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay, including the content and the date and time of submission. The consumer is not required to create a new account or follow unnecessary additional steps in order to exercise a statutory right. The withdrawal is timely if the consumer sends the notice before the relevant period expires.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, the consumer must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before that period expires. Where reasonably possible, please include the accessories and return the goods in their original condition and packaging; this request does not impose a condition that limits statutory rights.

European returns address, unless we have provided a different appropriate return address: LoveUnlimited Ministries – Returns, Nijverheidsweg 12, 7005 BJ Doetinchem, the Netherlands. Consumers bear the direct cost of a standard return following withdrawal only where they were properly informed of that obligation before purchase, unless we have agreed to bear it. We bear the legally required costs of addressing wrong, faulty or non-conforming deliveries. Diminished-value deductions are made only where and to the extent permitted by law.

Article 12 – Reimbursement following European withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse all payments for the withdrawn contract that must be refunded by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. In the case of withdrawal from the entire order, this includes the original cost of our least expensive standard delivery option; any additional cost of a more expensive delivery option expressly chosen by the customer need not be reimbursed. For partial withdrawals, any repayment of delivery charges is determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or the consumer provides evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any charge. Rights to reimbursement arising from non-delivery, defects or other legal grounds are not restricted by this Article.

Article 13 – Orders to the United States and Canada

For delivery addresses in the United States and Canada, goods are dispatched from Houston, Texas, while the contracting seller remains LoveUnlimited Ministries unless another contracting party is expressly identified before purchase. The EU's general 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal regime is not automatically offered for such orders. Our voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible physical goods, as set out in our Returns Policy, applies equally to orders delivered to the United States and Canada. Nothing in it overrides federal, state or provincial mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, consumer-protection or payment rights.

Where the law permits it, we may refuse discretionary returns of goods whose genuine protective hygiene seals have been broken. This does not restrict remedies for goods that are defective, inaccurately described, improperly supplied or not delivered, or for transactions affected by other statutory cancellation grounds. Return instructions, including an appropriate North American return address where relevant, will be supplied for authorised returns; a customer is not required to send an item overseas at their own expense where mandatory law requires another arrangement.

In particular, customers in Canadian provinces with additional distance-sales protections retain those protections. Where Québec law applies, the relevant French-language, pre-contract disclosure, contract-copy, cancellation and reimbursement requirements will be observed. An English-language version of these Terms does not replace any French version that must be provided under applicable law.

Article 14 – Statutory conformity and guarantees

We are responsible for providing goods, digital content and services that conform to the contract and to applicable legal requirements. European consumers retain their statutory remedies for lack of conformity, including, as applicable, repair, replacement, a proportionate reduction in price or termination and reimbursement. European sale-of-goods law provides a minimum protection framework of two years for qualifying lack of conformity; some national laws, including Dutch law, may provide protection based on the expected lifespan and other characteristics of the goods rather than a single fixed guarantee period.

An optional manufacturer's or commercial guarantee is additional to, not a replacement for, mandatory statutory rights. The expiry of a voluntary return period or the breaking of a hygiene seal does not extinguish a statutory claim relating to a defective or non-conforming product. Mandatory US and Canadian rights are equally preserved for sales to those destinations.

Article 15 – Nature, intended purpose and safe use of our products

Our anointing oils are offered for religious use within Christian faith and practice, consistent with the biblical use of anointing with oil. They are offered as a tangible aid to prayer and anointing: an outward act of faith and a point of contact. Their presentation and intended purpose centre on the spiritual significance of anointing. We do not market these anointing oils primarily as products for cosmetic cleansing, beautification or skin care, or as medicines.

Customers should follow the composition, usage guidance, warnings and other safety information supplied with each item. Other product lines, including Bath & Spa goods, have their own stated purposes and product-specific instructions and are subject to the rules applicable to those products. The customs classification of a product, where relevant, is addressed separately in shipping and customs documentation; it does not by itself determine every aspect of product-safety or consumer law.

Nothing in this Article limits our obligations relating to product safety, accurate product information, or consumer remedies for non-conforming products. Our spiritual or educational materials do not replace appropriate medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Article 16 – Digital content, broadcasting and intellectual property

Our websites may offer publications, teaching materials, audio, video, broadcasts, podcasts, music and other content. Except where expressly stated otherwise, copyright-protected material owned or licensed by us is made available for personal, non-commercial use within the permitted licence and applicable statutory exceptions. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, resale or exploitation requires the relevant right holder's permission unless the law permits it without permission.

Third-party works, including music broadcast by Revival FM, remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Access to a stream or recording does not grant an unrestricted right to download, rebroadcast or commercially exploit its content. For paid digital content supplied immediately, any request for early supply and possible loss of withdrawal rights is handled under the separate statutory requirements set out in Article 10. Mandatory conformity rights for digital content and services remain unaffected.

Article 17 – Subscriptions and continuing agreements

If we offer paid subscriptions, recurring supply or other continuing contracts, the duration, billing frequency, total recurring price, renewal terms and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed before purchase. Automatic renewal is used only as permitted by law. Customers may cancel through an available account or subscription function or by contacting us; any mandatory online cancellation mechanism will be provided where required. Statutory notice periods, confirmation requirements and cancellation rights in the consumer's jurisdiction prevail over any conflicting wording in these Terms.

Article 18 – Voluntary donations

Our websites may enable one-off or recurring voluntary donations to LoveUnlimited Ministries. A genuine voluntary donation is not, simply by reason of being made online, a purchase of goods and does not automatically carry the statutory withdrawal regime for consumer distance sales. Where a transaction includes a purchase, a promised benefit or another contractual supply, its legal treatment is assessed according to its actual nature rather than its label.

The amount, recurrence and method for stopping future recurring contributions are disclosed in the relevant donation flow. A donor may contact us to stop future recurring debits, subject to applicable payment-system processing times. Requests relating to payment errors, unauthorised transactions or other legal refund grounds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Article 19 – Operation and acceptable use of websites

We aim to maintain secure and accessible websites and may undertake maintenance or experience temporary interruptions. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with systems, distribute malicious code, carry out fraud or otherwise infringe the law or third-party rights. External websites and service providers may have their own conditions; this does not release us from our own legal obligations in transactions for which we are the contracting party.

Article 20 – Liability and circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is determined by the law applicable to the relevant claim. No provision of these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights to the extent that doing so is prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for intentional misconduct, applicable product liability, personal injury or statutory non-conformity remedies. Any exclusion or limitation must be construed subject to those overriding rules.

Where an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays performance, its consequences are governed by applicable law. Invocation of such circumstances does not remove a customer's mandatory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery, cancellation or reimbursement.

Article 21 – Personal data and privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Information about the purposes and lawful bases of processing, recipients, cross-border transfers, retention periods and individual rights is provided in our separate Privacy Policy. Engaging fulfilment partners, payment processors or other service providers does not remove our applicable privacy obligations.

Article 22 – Complaints

Customers may submit complaints about products, orders, payments or services by email to info@zalving.nl or by post to LoveUnlimited Ministries, Nijverheidsweg 12, 7005 BJ Doetinchem, the Netherlands. Please describe the issue sufficiently for us to investigate. We acknowledge complaints and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt. If an investigation requires longer, we will respond within that period with an acknowledgement and an indication of the next steps. This process does not suspend, shorten or replace any statutory complaint, cancellation or court deadline, or any legally available dispute-resolution procedure.

Article 23 – Governing law and disputes

These Terms and contracts entered into with LoveUnlimited Ministries are in principle governed by Dutch law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions that would apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence under applicable private international law, including, where relevant, Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation. Nor does it displace mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to sales in the United States or Canada.

Disputes may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under the applicable rules. Nothing in these Terms imposes an exclusive forum that would unlawfully deprive a consumer of access to a court or procedure available under mandatory law. Where a mandatory or validly agreed alternative dispute-resolution process applies, the parties retain their corresponding rights. We do not direct customers to the discontinued European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Article 24 – Amendments and final provisions

We may revise these Terms for future contracts to reflect changes in legislation, operations, products or services. Unless a lawful amendment is separately agreed or required by law, the version accepted when an individual order was concluded continues to govern that order. Changes to continuing agreements will be communicated in accordance with applicable law, including any applicable rights to reject or terminate the agreement.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally and practically possible. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law takes precedence. A translation is intended to communicate these Terms accurately; no language-precedence clause overrides any right to contractual information in a language required by applicable law.
